Roles & Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership & Management Lead, guide, and mentor a team of 4 members handling sample sets tooling business in the Western & Northern regions . Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team efficiency in achieving set targets. 2. Business Development & Conversion Targets Drive and achieve a minimum 50% conversion rate from sample sets to exhibit orders for tooling in the Southern region . Develop and execute strategies to improve conversion ratios through customer engagement and technical support . 3. Technical Support Provide expert technical knowledge related to tooling products to address customer requirements. Troubleshoot issues, recommend suitable solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction . 4. Customer Communication & Relationship Building Maintain professional and persuasive communication with customers for all technical correspondence. Build and sustain strong rapport with clients across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and the Northern region . 5. Sales Reporting & MIS Maintain and update various Sales Reports and MIS related to enquiries, leads, and customer accounts. Ensure timely submission of accurate reports to management .
