Job Summary:We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our organization's data protection efforts.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines, as well as overseeing the implementation of data governance strategies across various digital platforms.Ensure full adherence to data-privacy policies and proceduresConduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilitiesReview and manage data flows across systems, including CRM, e-commerce, and operational applicationsOversee consent management, data subject rights, and incident response initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a privacy-by-design approachManage vendor relationships and negotiate Data Processing AgreementsDevelop and lead training programs for employees and partners on data protection best practicesRequired Skills and Qualifications:This role requires a strong background in data privacy compliance, IT governance, or related fields. A solid understanding of relevant regulations, such as DPDP Act and GDPR principles, is essential. Experience with digital healthcare, CRM, and e-commerce platforms is preferred. Certifications like CIPP/E or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are a plus.Key Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
