Job DescriptionSeeking a seasoned Interior Designer to spearhead a residential project. This opportunity is suited for an Architect/Interior designer with 5+ years of professional experience working on multiple unit residential schemes, preferably in UK/European residential designs.Develop mood boards and concept designs that align with client preferencesConduct research and create presentation materials for all interior architectural fixtures and finishesCreate CAD files for RCP, GA's, elevations, and room plansProduce SketchUp drawings for joinery designs as well as full rooms, including panelling, windows, and full interior architectural detailingPresent designs to clients, overseen by the senior designer and design director or founderWork from site to oversee refurbishment and construction progress, ensuring seamless executionRequired Skills & QualificationsWe are looking for a skilled and experienced interior designer who possesses excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
