Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Admission Officer to manage end-to-end admission processes, handle student counselling, and perform daily administrative operations.Key Responsibilities:Counselling and Lead Conversion:Conduct one-on-one sessions with students and parents for various courses.Provide detailed information about our programs, including fee structures and academic paths.Convert leads into enrolments through effective communication and rapport-building.Maintain high conversion ratios by fostering strong relationships with students and their families.Lead Management and Follow-ups:Manage and update all leads in our CRM system.Perform regular outreach efforts to prospective students to generate interest in our courses.Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize admissions and track enquiry-to-admission progress.Monitor lead status accurately and make data-driven decisions.Center Coordination and Administration:Coordinate daily operations with academic, faculty, and administrative teams.Assist with scheduling classes, student batch allocation, and faculty updates.Handle administrative tasks, including documentation, fee collection support, receipts, forms, and records.Ensure seamless front-desk operations and student support services.Student Management:Manage student queries, batch adjustments, attendance-related support, and routine coordination.Deliver exceptional student and parent experiences at our center.Support event organization, including tests, PTMs, academic events, orientations, and seminars.Reporting and Communication:Maintain daily counselling reports and share updates with management.Foster effective communication across departments for streamlined operations.Requirements: We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work well under pressure.Benefits: Our company offers a competitive salary, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic work environment.
