Our mission is clear: solve the biggest pain points in photography, and keep evolving with photographers who use our tools daily.If you care deeply about building meaningful products, working with curious and driven teammates, and being part of a team that genuinely loves what they do, we'd love to meet you.Let's create the future of AI in photography, together.Your MissionWe're looking for a QA Lead to join our team and build the foundation of quality that scales with our product and our users.You'll lead a growing QA team of 5 to 6 members, guiding, mentoring, and setting processes that ensure our releases are smooth, stable, and photographer-ready. You'll also help our manual testers transition into automation and own our automation journey using Playwright as the core stack.What You Will Be DoingLead, mentor, and grow a team of manual and automation QAsBuild and refine QA processes to improve test coverage, efficiency, and product qualityCollaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to ensure smooth, high-quality releasesDevelop and maintain automation frameworks and test suites using PlaywrightHelp manual QAs transition into automation through upskilling and trainingBe hands-on when needed: write, debug, and optimize automation scriptsTake ownership of end to end releaseMake release process smoother, reduce production bugsPromote a culture of quality and proactive problem-solving across teamsWhat We're Looking For6 to 10 years of QA experience, with at least 2 to 4 years in a lead or managerial roleHands-on experience with Playwright or similar automation frameworksStrong understanding of software testing principles, SDLC, and CI/CD pipelinesProven experience mentoring teams and implementing QA best practicesExcellent communication skills and attention to detailA mindset that sees QA as quality ownership, not just bug huntingBonus Points:Experience in SaaS or AI product environments Built or scaled QA automation frameworks from scratch Worked with distributed teams before Familiarity with performance, load, or visual regression testing toolsWhat happens after you apply?Step 1: If your profile aligns with our vibe and requirements for the role, our people team will reach out to you for a brief phone call.Step 2: If everything aligns, your next chat will be with one of your future team members to better understand the role and your experience.Step 3: You will then be given a task - this helps us evaluate your thought process and help you showcase your expertise.Step 4: If everything goes well, you will meet the leadership for a quick bar-raiser round.Step 5: If you do manage to clear all rounds, this is the point we make an offer, shake hands, and welcome you to the team.
