Job Posting:We are seeking an experienced and innovative Artificial Intelligence Engineering Operations Specialist to join our team.About the Role:Deployment & Infrastructure: You will be responsible for deploying and managing artificial intelligence models, agentic systems, and infrastructure across cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and on-premises environments.Implement CI/CD pipelines: Implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for AI/ML and agentic applications using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.Optimize Cloud Resources: Optimize cloud resources for cost and scalability by leveraging your expertise in Python/Bash scripting and IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible.Monitoring & Incident Management: Design and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for AI systems using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.Automation & Operational Excellence: Automate deployments and maintenance tasks using Python/Bash scripting and IaC tools to ensure operational excellence.Collaboration & Documentation: Collaborate with AI developers, data scientists, and architects to ensure smooth production transitions and maintain clear documentation of system performance.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.2-4+ years of experience in Tech Ops, DevOps, SRE, or MLOps roles.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP - Vertex AI, AWS, Azure).Proficiency in Python/Bash scripting, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), and Docker/Kubernetes.Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog) and knowledge of networking, security, and IaC principles.Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree and cloud certifications.Experience in MLOps/LLMOps and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, vector databases, and data pipeline tools (Airflow, Kubeflow).Agile environment experience.
