The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content, developing content strategies, conducting internal training sessions, and curating relevant real estate insights that align with the company’s goals.The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to maintain a consistent brand voice and storytelling style.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, edit, and manage written and visual content for multiple platforms (social media, blogs, website, etc.)Develop and implement effective content strategies to increase engagement and brand visibilityCurate high-quality information and industry insights relevant to real estate and gated communitiesConduct internal sessions to train and align teams on content tone, brand voice, and strategyCollaborate with marketing, design, and project teams to ensure content accuracy and impactAppear confidently on camera for video content, brand updates, and promotional campaignsQualificationsExcellent communication and writing skillsProven experience in content curation and content strategy developmentStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environmentPrior experience in the real estate industry is an added advantageMust be comfortable appearing on camera for content creation purposes
