Experience: 15+ years overall experience with at least 4–5 years in Project/Program Management, preferably in Cloud Infrastructure Managed Services. Minimum 4 years of experience managing Azure cloud operations. Technical Project Manager – Azure Cloud Infrastructure Role Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and self-driven Technical Project Manager with a deep understanding of Azure Cloud Infrastructure , and proven capabilities in project management, service delivery, and pre-sales support. This is a hybrid role designed for a senior professional who can lead and coordinate infrastructure transformation and steady-state managed services engagements, while also contributing to presales pursuits and ensuring successful delivery outcomes. Available Work Locations: Sector 60, Noida, Uttar Pradesh DLF Cyber City SEZ, Gurugram, Haryana Electronics City Phase 1, Bengaluru, Karnataka Balewadi, Pune, Maharashtra Chandivali, Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Management (50%)· Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for cloud infrastructure engagements—planning, execution, tracking, and closure. · Manage multi-disciplinary teams delivering Azure infrastructure projects (e.g., migration, modernization, landing zone implementation, infra-as-code ). · Create and maintain project plans, risk registers, budgets, and dashboards; own project reporting cadence with internal and external stakeholders. · Ensure governance through weekly status reviews, RAID log maintenance, and change request handling. · Handle escalations and ensure customer expectations are aligned with delivery milestones. 2. Service Delivery Management (30%)· Oversee steady-state managed services delivery across Azure infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Security, Monitoring). · Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements are met for customer environments. · Work closely with operations teams (L2/L3) to resolve chronic issues, improve service health, and drive automation or tooling initiatives. · Participate in QBRs and service reviews, contributing to CSAT improvements and continuous service enhancement. 3. Pre-Sales Support (20%)· Contribute to solution design, effort estimation, and proposal writing for managed services and Azure project opportunities. · Participate in customer workshops and RFP/RFI responses, bringing delivery and PMO lens to solutioning. · Collaborate with sales and solution architects to shape delivery-aligned proposals with realistic commitments. Required Skills & Qualifications: · 15+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 4–5 years in Project/Program Management. · 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, with 3+ years on Azure operations . · Experience managing both project-based and managed services (steady state) engagements. · Solid understanding of Azure services: IaaS, Networking, PaaS components, Azure Monitor, Security, ARM templates/Bicep , etc. · Strong command over project management frameworks (PMP/PMI, Agile, or equivalent). · Excellent stakeholder and communication management—able to work directly with senior customer leadership. · Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations. · Exposure to cost and effort modeling in pre-sales scenarios is a plus. Preferred Certifications: · PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification. · Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-305) are strongly preferred. · ITIL Foundation or Intermediate level certification is a plus.
