Technical Program Specialist RoleWe are seeking a skilled Technical Program Specialist to collaborate with internal and external teams.This key role serves as a bridge between recruiting and training teams, supporting the Technical Program Manager in planning, implementation, and execution of training activities; and building employee expertise while ensuring they have an exceptional experience during their selection process and training.The specialist will coach and mentor multiple multi-functional software engineer teams, providing clarity, vision, strategy, and progress to all team members.Conduct daily lab sessions and provide professional guidance on quality, simplicity, maintainability, and performance.Develop team culture with emphasis on customer centricity, engineering agility, creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning/growth mindset.Capture daily feedback to identify specific roadblocks and individual trainees' concerns.The Technical Program Specialist will oversee operational aspects of Engineering Projects, guiding requirements execution and use case building into systems solutions. They will work closely with recruitment coordinators and other team members to attract top talent.Main Responsibilities:Coach, mentor, and guide multiple software engineer teams.Conduct daily lab sessions and provide professional guidance.Establish and develop team culture.Capture and analyze daily feedback.Provide operational oversight to Engineering Projects.Collaborate with recruitment coordinators and other team members.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.3-4 years of professional technical experience.Familiarity with Agile Software Development Life cycle best practices.Understanding of software development lifecycle, methodologies, and best practices.Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
