We're seeking a seasoned E-commerce Project Manager to lead end-to-end e-commerce implementations on BigCommerce or Shopify. This role requires someone who understands the entire ecosystem, from setup and theme customization to store launch and post-deployment optimization.The ideal candidate has delivered multiple BigCommerce-focused projects while working closely with developers, clients, and business stakeholders to create high-quality e-commerce experiences.Responsibilities include:Managing the full lifecycle of BigCommerce/Shopify projects — from requirements gathering and sprint planning to deployment and post-launch optimization.Acting as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams for all e-commerce project deliverables.Collaborating with developers and designers to deliver custom storefronts, APIs, and integrations.Migrating projects to BigCommerce or Shopify from platforms like Magento, WooCommerce, or custom systems.Ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery aligned with scope, timelines, and budget.Identifying and implementing BigCommerce/Shopify apps and third-party integrations to enhance site functionality.Monitoring QA, testing, and performance to ensure flawless store launches.Providing proactive communication to clients and stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.Driving continuous improvement in project processes, especially for e-commerce delivery workflows.RequirementsMinimum 2+ years of proven experience as an E-commerce Project Manager — managing BigCommerce or Shopify projects is mandatory.Strong understanding of BigCommerce and/or Shopify platform architecture, APIs, customizations, and integrations.Experience in migration, theme customization, and store setup on BigCommerce or Shopify.Familiarity with cross-functional teams working on SaaS e-commerce platforms.Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.Proficiency in Jira, Trello, or Asana for project tracking.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Good understanding of e-commerce operations — product catalog, checkout, payments, shipping, and fulfillment workflows.If you're passionate about delivering high-quality e-commerce experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
