This consulting firm specializes in Mergers and Acquisition Tax Advisory Services for domestic and multinational clients.Key Responsibilities:Structure potential mergers and acquisitions deals.Undertake slump sales, share transfers, mergers, demergers, and restructuring activities.Provide tax diligence services, advising on tax implications for corporate entities in mergers and acquisitions.Offer startup, real estate, and e-commerce advisory services with focused industry insights.Fund structuring and advisory services, including transaction advisory in relation to fund raises, shareholder realignments, and investor exits. Assist in implementing efficient structures.Business model advisory services, handling negotiations with strategic investors, spotting deal issues, identifying economic constraints, and risk appetite from the perspective of strategic and private equity investors.Family succession planning structures.Required Skills and Qualifications:Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)At least 2 years post-qualification experience in tax consultancy from Big 4 firms (PWC, Deloitte, E&Y, KPMG)Solid understanding of Direct Taxation and M&As in diverse industriesBenefits:Competitive compensation package: Rs. 17-24 LPALocation: Bangalore
