About the Position We are seeking a strategic and creative Personal Branding + Content Strategist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has expertise in storytelling, expert positioning, authority-building content, and crafting narratives that cut through the noise. You will be responsible for developing end-to-end brand strategies, from defining positioning to writing scripts, planning content pipelines, and executing campaigns that elevate industry experts in creative production, video editing, and entrepreneurship. About the Role Develop clear, differentiated personal brand identities for each founder. Craft expert positioning in the areas of video editing, agency building, leadership, and creative strategy. Build foundational messaging frameworks, tone of voice, and content pillars. Identify opportunities for authority-building: interviews, features, thought leadership, collaborations. About the Job Build monthly and weekly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. Create content ideas based on trends, insights, and market conversations. Work closely with the production team to ensure content is executed on time. Monitor analytics and adjust strategy for maximum reach and engagement. About Marketing & Growth Turn founder knowledge and experience into powerful, teachable content. Build expert ecosystems — mini series, frameworks, signature opinions, bold takes. Optimize thought-leadership presence across platforms. Conduct competitor analysis, industry insights, and market trends.
