Notice Period: Immediate to 7 days
Job Description:
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience as an Informatica MDM Developer with proven experience in production support within an Informatica MDM environment.
Technology Requirements
- Informatica MDM On premise 10.4 HF
- Informatica Data Quality On premise
- Informatica IDMC (cloud) – IICS for Data integration
- Preferable - HCP, Supplier, Customer Master data domains experience.
- Web services
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely resolution for production issues related to Informatica MDM.
- Analyse and troubleshoot MDM related issues, including data discrepancies, performance bottlenecks, and system errors.
- Work on incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis for production incidents.
- Support daily MDM operations, including data loads, match/merge processes, and batch job execution.
- Develop and maintain MDM mappings, workflows, and other related components using Informatica tools.
- Implement changes and enhancements to MDM components as per business requirements.
- Conduct performance tuning of MDM components and resolve any performance related issues.
- Implement and monitor data quality rules to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of master data.
- Address data related issues such as duplicates, missing information, and incorrect data formats.
- Generate and analyse reports related to MDM performance, data quality, and issue resolution.
- Document incident resolution steps and contribute to a knowledge base for future reference.
