📍 Location: Kochi / Bangalore | 🧠 Department: AI & Automation 🏢 Company: StratAgile – Global Digital Transformation PartnerAbout the Role: We're looking for a passionate Python Engineer with hands-on experience in Agentic AI and automation to help us build the next generation of AI-driven systems. You will work across backend engineering, workflow orchestration, and intelligent automation using state-of-the-art AI frameworks.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Python-based backend components and automation scriptsEngineer and deploy LLM-based agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similarDesign multi-agent architectures for intelligent automation and decision-makingIntegrate LLMs like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini into production-grade applicationsBuild RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and develop robust prompt strategiesCollaborate cross-functionally with data, product, and engineering teamsOptimize performance, scalability, and security of AI pipelinesRequired Skillset:Strong Python proficiency (preferably with Async, FastAPI, Flask, or Django)Practical experience with LLMs and agentic AI frameworksKnowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, FAISS)Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)Solid understanding of software engineering principles and algorithmsNice to Have:Experience with Docker and CI/CDExposure to model fine-tuning or RL optimizationML Ops experienceWho You Are:A builder at heart who enjoys problem-solving and automationKeen to stay updated with the latest in LLMs and AI technologiesComfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentSelf-driven with a passion for scalable and production-grade engineering📩 To apply: Email your CV to careers@stratagile.com or DM us directly.
