Your Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Manager to lead our team of analysts in the Revenue Operations department. This role is crucial for driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing our sales processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for data and automation, with extensive experience in sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, or sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Coaching: Provide effective coaching to team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their professional goals.
- Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis and processing of data from Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel files to generate actionable insights.
- Segment Focus: Direct the team’s efforts on a specific sales segment, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders in both the headquarters and India to understand their needs and deliver data solutions.
- Automation: Lead the development and implementation of automation processes to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Reporting: Ensure the preparation of detailed reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of the team, providing feedback and implementing improvements as needed..
Qualifications:

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel.

- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Flexibility: Ability to work on CET Times to effectively interact with the HQ in Germany
