Data Analyst Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled data analyst to join our team. As part of our global eDiscovery services, you will work with E-Discovery tools such as Relativity, handling data and customers.Extracting, transforming, and loading data to hosted platforms via custom plugins or flat filesSupporting customer base through superior service, including providing technical assistance via telephone, email, and screen-sharesAccount creation and sending invitations to end-users, with occasional follow-up walkthroughsCreating databases and establishing permissions for customer use prior to providing credentialsInvestigating client inquiries on matters concerning printing, search results, technical issues, etc.Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need:A Bachelor's degree and professional experience (3+ years)Strong knowledge/working experience of E-Discovery tools, especially RelativityKnowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically ExcelStrong attention to detail while managing multiple tasksCritical thinking skills and ability to retain complex work directionIn this role, you will be working as part of a team, occasionally collaborating with departments outside of your own, such as Engineering, Application, IT, and Project Management teams.
