We're looking for a skilled professional to play a key role in this endeavor as a Generative AI Engineer.In this position, you'll be responsible for turning raw Large Language Model (LLM) potential into reliable features and products. This will involve building efficient Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, automating evaluation pipelines, working closely with DevOps teams, and setting up observability dashboards.We require a candidate with 5-8 years of full-stack or backend development experience, including at least one year building AI-powered or LLM-based applications. Strong Python and TypeScript skills are essential, as well as experience with either AWS or GCP stacks. Familiarity with LangChain, Bedrock SDK, and vector database schema design is also necessary.The ideal candidate will have an understanding of prompt design, embeddings, and agentic workflows, as well as CI/CD fluency and experience with LLM evaluation tools like Promptfoo, LangSmith, or Guardrails. Bonus points if you have experience with MLflow, LaunchDarkly, Inferentia/GPU tuning.In this role, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to creating innovative products that scale.
