AI Development PositionWe are seeking a motivated professional to contribute meaningfully from Day 1. As an AI developer, you will assist in AI and data science projects by applying machine learning and deep learning techniques, analyzing and processing datasets to extract insights, writing, testing, and debugging code in real project environments, running experiments, evaluating models, and improving performance.Key qualifications include a solid foundation in Computer Science concepts, strong analytical and logical thinking abilities, knowledge of Data Science and Machine Learning algorithms, proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages, familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn (preferred), understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering, willingness to learn new technologies and tools, ability to collaborate and take ownership of tasks.Additional requirements include hands-on experience with at least one ML project (academic or personal), understanding basic ML workflow: dataset → training → testing → evaluation, ability to write clean, structured, and maintainable code, proactive, self-driven, and open to feedback, independent thinking and willingness to bring new ideas, commitment to meeting timelines and maintaining professionalism, and willingness to work from office regularly.ResponsibilitiesApply machine learning and deep learning techniquesProcess datasets to extract insightsWrite, test, and debug code in real project environmentsRun experiments and evaluate modelsImprove performance and optimize resultsRequirementsSolid foundation in Computer Science conceptsStrong analytical and logical thinking abilitiesKnowledge of Data Science and Machine Learning algorithmsProficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languagesFamiliarity with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn (preferred)Understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering
