Youā€™re scrappy and entrepreneurial. šŸ”Ø Hereā€™s Your Role Broken Down (Not All of It, Just the Most Important Stuff): Create visually stunning motion graphics, animations, and explainer videos for campaigns, social media, and digital platforms. Work closely with the design, content, and video teams to bring stories and brands to life through motion. Understand creative briefs and translate static visuals into dynamic, engaging video assets. Experiment with typography, transitions, visual effects, and sound design to elevate storytelling. Optimize motion assets for different formats ā€” social, YouTube, OOH, and web. Keep up with motion trends, transitions, and editing styles across pop culture, design, and advertising. šŸŸ Do You Have These Essentials? Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and composition. Big Plus ā€“ Experience in 3D (Cinema 4D/Blender), sound design, or video editing.
