Together, let's help ensure that people around the world are supplied with high-quality medicines and safely packaged foods.Take the first step Apply now Job DescriptionDevelopment of software for packaging machines & system integration.Skill Required (Must Have):PLC programmingServo/motion programmingHMI programmingTechnical documentation for customer orders as per ISO & CE requirementsTechnical co-ordination and cross functional support on customer project topics.Co-ordination with Center of Competence for software configuration and new module developmentsVisit to customer sites for new projects, troubleshooting etc.Cost reduction measures in the machines. Preparation and attending internal / external audits.Participation in functional and cross functional Continuous improvement initiatives QualificationsB.E. in Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation having 8+ years' experience in Software development for automated machinesDomain of Packaging Machines / Special Purpose MachinesSound knowledge of PLC and HMI programming for Allen Bradley, BeckhoffProgramming skills in languages, for example Ladder, STL.Software tools Rockwell Studio 5000, Factory talk, TwincatHardware : Allen Bradley, BeckhoffKnowledge in SAP & EPLAN is desired.Knowledge of SCADA and data acquisition systems is desirable.Problem solving skills to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, including gathering and analyzing information, developing alternative solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skillsGood interpersonal skills and ability to successfully handle a multi-tasked role.Self-motivated, sense of urgency and well organized. Willingness to travelMust have at least 8+ years' experience in software development of automated machinery.
