ResponsibilitiesOwn and be accountable to project tasks as assigned by project leadershipGather requirements within Revenue Generation processes including industry-specificfunctions and approachesExecutive CPQ Cloud product admin functions and modules, for implementation buildpurposes, across full product: configuration, commerce, outputExecute effective processes including project methodologies, programming standards, andmeeting preparationPerform Quality Assurance at the unit and system levelsProvide good technical and business advice to the customer at all times with respect to thefinal solution and its successful adoptionFollow the project through to the successful adoption of the solutionForm and test hypotheses based on a methodical examination of detailed evidenceDesign and implement robust systems and processes, running an efficient and organizedoperationUndertakes complex analysis and traces performance implications through complex data, orin dealing with complex situationsFormulate a broader perspective of an issue by recognizing the interrelationships andinteraction between elementsArrive at coherent conclusions through a consistent application of reason and rigorousanalysisDeliver to clear outcome-based targets and measuresWork with a strong sense of urgency towards getting the job doneContribute to pre-sales and building innovative solutionsQualificationsCPQ Lead8 - 20 years’ experience with project life cycle methodologyAt least 3 years’ experience with Scrum-Agile delivery within a client contractedservices environmentStrong technical skills in CPQ Product Configuration, BML Scripting, BMQL.Experience and familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript,XML, and XSLMaintain best supporting practices around CPQ solution including productconfiguration, proposal development, and related elementsExperience with eCommerce and CRM solutions is a plusStrong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to manage multiple taskssimultaneously.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsOwn the design and delivery of Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions that focus on userexperience, extensibility, and performance while meeting the customer’s businessobjectivesGather, analyze, internalize, and advocate for the customer requirements aroundtheir selling processesEffectively design and implement solutions in the CPQ Cloud (Big Machines)platform and related web technologies to meet these customer requirementsPerform quality assurance and testing activitiesPrepare documentation detailing delivered solutions throughout the engagement
