Role: Information Technology Auditor Designation: Senior ManagerReporting to – AVP, Internal Audit & RiskLocation: Chennai, IndiaPosition SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Information Technology Auditor to join our Group Internal Audit team of BCT. This role requires a minimum of 12 years of experience with deep expertise in IT audits, risks, controls, cybersecurity and IT governance. Key Responsibilities:Conduct annual audit risk assessment of the entire IT landscape to arrive at the IT audit plan Own the development and implementation of risk based IT audits for various entities of BCT Plan, lead and execute end-to-end IT audits including ITGC, SDLC, SaaS platform audits, cybersecurity reviews and cloud security reviews across applications, infrastructures and emerging technologiesEvaluate adequacy and effectiveness of existing IT control framework and processes to ensure they comply with internal policies and industry best practices (eg. COBIT, NIST). Identify and assess IT risks, control weakness and potential areas of improvementLead walkthroughs of IT general controls and application controls with business and technology teamsPrepare audit reports with actionable recommendations Follow up and track implementation of action items on a quarterly basis and support providing update to Audit Committee on implementation statusParticipate in special projects, or investigations and identify potential fraud scenarios for in-depth review and investigationEvaluate compliance with applicable regulatory frameworksQualifications & Skills:Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, cybersecurity or related field.Minimum 12 years of experience in IT audits with focus on IT governance, cybersecurity and risk managementProficiency with IT security assessment tools and audit methodologiesDeep knowledge of industry frameworks such as NIST, COBIT, etc.Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP or equivalent are highly preferredExperience working with both applications and infrastructure supporting financial reporting processesPrior Experience with big fours or large MNC’s (preferably in IT/ITES) Analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams. High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail and ability to work independently or in small teams
