Job SummaryWe seek a seasoned professional to act as our representative across political, police, judicial, and government circles.The ideal candidate will have 10–25 years of experience in government liaisoning, police administration, political coordination, or public affairs.A strong personal and professional network within the Mumbai Police, Judiciary offices, Mantralaya departments, and local/state political circles is essential.Main Responsibilities:Liaise with senior police officers, bureaucrats, political leaders, and decision-makers to facilitate permissions, resolve escalations, and represent the organization's interests.Maintain close working ties with judicial administration, legal advisors, and relevant law enforcement authorities.Act as the organization's official representative for matters requiring government licenses, permissions, and approvals.Engage regularly with public sector undertakings (PSUs), corporate affairs departments, and industry associations for collaborative initiatives.Ideal Candidate Profile:Experience: 10–25 years in government liaisoning, police administration, political coordination, or public affairs.Network: Strong personal and professional relationships within the Mumbai Police, Judiciary offices, Mantralaya departments, and local/state political circles.Candidates who have served as Personal Assistants, Advisors, or Liaison Officers to MLAs, MPs, Ministers, or Senior Police/Government Officers will be given preference.Proven track record of handling high-stakes situations with discretion, tact, and reliability.Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English with strong communication and negotiation skills.Key Expectations:Comfortable working irregular hours and available on short notice.Ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion.Highly proactive, resourceful, and capable of independently managing field coordination.Project credibility, influence, and trust in official and political environments.
