This hybrid role requires candidates to be based in Mumbai (excluding Thane and outskirts) and offers the opportunity to craft impactful strategies, manage engaging campaigns, and build strong client connections. Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

  • Create and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives and brand identity.

2. Client Servicing:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and meet client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

3. Platform Management:

  • Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with followers and fans through consistent engagement.

4. Audience Engagement:

  • Monitor and actively respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Build and nurture an online community.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Regularly analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness.

6. Competitive Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the company's social media presence.

7. Content Calendar Management:

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for scheduled posts, ensuring timely and organized updates.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams to understand product features, technical specifications, and key selling points for campaign alignment.

9. Visiting clients for organic shoot content.


Requirements:

  • Location: Based in Mumbai (candidates from Thane or outskirts are not eligible).
  • Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing social media in a digital agency environment.
  • Strong client servicing skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Adept at handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
