Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled OTM Techno-Functional Specialist to lead upgrade efforts, design functional enhancements, and perform comprehensive testing.Responsibilities:Help lead on-premise/in-place upgrades to version 6.5.3.Design and implement custom solutions tailored to business needs.Perform thorough testing of upgrades and customizations.Optimize and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance.Collaborate on infrastructure and integration support for OTM environments.Troubleshoot post-upgrade issues and provide ongoing support.Document solutions and facilitate knowledge transfer.Requirements4-7+ years of OTM experience with at least 2 full upgrade lifecycles.Hands-on expertise with OTM 6.5.x or similar versions.Strong understanding of OTM configurations, workflows, and integrations.Solid experience in Oracle DB administration and SQL/PLSQL development.Familiarity with server, middleware, and infrastructure elements of OTM.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Background in logistics or supply chain is desirable.
