Visual DirectorDesign a compelling visual direction for the brand by developing and articulating creative visions, translating objectives into engaging concepts, and staying updated with industry trends.Key responsibilities include:Creative Vision and Strategy: Develop a clear creative vision, provide artistic guidance to the team, and ensure that the team's work aligns with the brand's requirements.Team Leadership and Management: Lead a team of experienced creative professionals, provide clear creative direction, foster a collaborative environment, and develop the skills and talents of the team through mentorship and training.Project Conceptualization and Development: Collaborate with internal teams, brainstorm creative concepts, develop storyboards, mood boards, and other visual references, and articulate and sell creative concepts to various teams.Quality Control and Creative Execution: Oversee the execution of creative concepts, provide technical guidance, review and approve final materials, and ensure high-quality outcomes.Creative Branding and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain the brand's creative branding and identity, contribute to marketing campaigns, and ensure consistency in the brand's visual assets.Collaterals: Art direct digital static and video content, social media content, web UI, static & video ads, photoshoots, packaging, inserts, etc.Must Haves:Experience working in the D2C space, managing designers, shoots, and creative direction.Strong skills in visual strategy, team management, and execution.Good knowledge of beauty, fitness, and personal care industry and trends.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Strong organizational and time management skills.You'll Get:Direct report to Founders.A highly experimental environment where you can put your visual storytelling skills to test.Working with a super talented team in a super-fast-growing company.Working on multiple categories – oral care, massage, hair styling, and grooming.
