Company Description Saira's client Job Description Open Requirements for #person with disabledRole: Staff Engineer, SSD ValidationExperience- 5 to 10 yearsSalary- 12 LPA to 22 LPATypes of Disability- Locomotor disability, Low vision up to 50%, Hard of hearing up to 50%UDID card is mandatoryResponsibilities : Technical OwnershipUnderstand product life cycle and associated industry standards.Reviews and challenges current test plans, coverage, and testing activities to drive both increased effectiveness and efficiencies across the product portfolioRecommend and instrument new validation approaches that drive better end-to-end coverage, more accurate testing, and expanded testing servicesRequirements AnalysisThorough understanding of product requirements and develop adequate coverageFeedback & influence product design for the definition and implementation of new requirements/ performancesPlan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope and delivery datesValidation StrategyDefinition of test cases to verify that functional and non-functional requirements are complying to system requirementsIdentification of PASS/FAIL criteria for test cases in term of number of cycles, statistical and temperatureEnable shift-left efforts to move detection of failures from customer tests to internal-developed and maintained test frameworksTest ImplementationDefine the Test Implementation Strategy and Software Architecture to encompass both development and debug.Define, plan and implement a test automation strategy, to supply to the ongoing development of in-house automation frameworks/tools.Constantly evaluate, refine and implement validation processes/methodologies. Test ExecutionExecution of Product Validation flow to match programmed validation plan.Monitoring of test time – Test time reductionResults analysis – Bin ParetoReport Generation - Report data in a clear format including concise comments about findings.Track document revision to provide historical reference.Defect ManagementRoot-cause and drive failures to a closure by working with associated teams.Implement systematic clear steps to reproduce failures while providing traceability to the bugs/gaps/escapes.   Qualifications Qualifications and SkillsBS in an engineering subject area or equivalent3+ years of validation experience, with validated ability to craft and implement outstanding product test strategies.Deep of knowledge of PCIe SSDs, NAND, Memory storage hierarchy and NVMe Protocol.Strong Python scripting experienceAbility to analyze problems, diagnose to root cause, and apply corrective actions.
