This Business Systems Administrator role is a critical position that combines business acumen with technical leadership for financial consolidation and planning.The primary goal is to ensure system integrity, optimize processes, manage integrations, and drive improvements across both platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of financial principles, as well as hands-on experience with integrations, automation, and reporting tools.Key responsibilities include configuring models, managing data integrations, designing and maintaining dimensions and attributes, building advanced formulas, developing reports and dashboards, managing security and access, coordinating schema changes, documenting interfaces and SLAs, orchestrating forecast cycles, managing versions and workflow, driving tie-outs to reports, investigating deltas and timing differences, creating playbooks and SOPs, leading user enablement and providing support.Maintenance tasks include maintaining metadata, hierarchies, security roles, and consolidation rules, overseeing close cycles, validating data loads, troubleshooting variances, configuring workflows and mappings, developing Smart View reports and supporting statutory reporting, automating tasks using APIs.The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing business solutions that drive strategic growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
