Location: GurgaonExperience: 5–6 YearsRole Type: Full-time | Web & Application Development About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both front-end and back-end development, capable of designing system architecture, writing optimized code, and leading development initiatives. Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end web applications with clean, efficient, and maintainable code.- Lead and mentor junior developers in coding standards, best practices, and problem-solving.- Architect scalable system designs, APIs, and database structures.- Work closely with product, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality features.- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to industry-standard development practices.- Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.- Integrate third-party APIs and develop custom backend logic.- Manage version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions. Required Technical Skills- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.- Advanced experience in React / Angular / Vue (any one or more).- Expertise in backend technologies such as Node.js / Python / Java / PHP.- Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.- Knowledge of CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI.- Understanding of application security, authentication, and authorization frameworks (JWT, OAuth, SSO). Additional Skills- Strong system design and architectural thinking.- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.- Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of modules/projects.- Good communication and collaboration skills.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
