Role and Responsibilities
As a Technical SME, you will be required to own and drive all projects that fall under EUC scope and responsible for design and implementation and help deliver a superior client experience by understanding and adapting to the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Architecture level knowledge in Windows 10 client areas and associated technologies
- Design and implementation of any technologies that falls under EUC
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in End User Computing technologies
- In depth Knowledge on windows 10
- Strong Knowledge on Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune
- Strong Knowledge on windows autopilot, Privileged access Management, Software application management, Bitlocker Encryption and Windows Defender
- Strong knowledge on Office 365
- Strong knowledge on various emerging Microsoft technologies like Azure Victual Desktop, cloud PC and windows defender for endpoints
- Strong knowledge on windows OS image management and mass deployments
- Customer support experience
- Active listener with flexibility to modify approach and adapt to customer needs
- Ability to multi-task, proven problem-solving skills and knowledge sharing
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good team player with willingness to learn and drive to achieve.
- Proactive and focused on Metrics.
- Good Reporting knowledge
- Should be able to drive Continuous Improvement in the process.
- Take end to end responsibility and ownership of driving process knowledge in the team.
