Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with 0-2 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a passion for creating visually appealing graphics. You will collaborate with various teams to bring ideas to life through innovative design solutions. Key Responsibilities- Create visually stunning graphics for digital and print media, including social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing materials.- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.- Edit and enhance images and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.- Utilize Canva for quick design tasks and presentations.- Stay updated on industry trends and design software to continuously improve skills and techniques.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).- 0-2 years of professional experience in graphic design.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Corel Draw.- Experience with Canva for design projects.- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.SalaryMaximum salary budget: 2 - 3.6 LPAHow to ApplyInterested candidates should submit their resume along with a portfolio showcasing their best work to priya.kumari@wechartered.com.
