Regulatory Affairs SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) with international regulations.Job Responsibilities:Evaluate and prepare SDS documents for international customers, adhering to regulatory requirements in the US, EU, Canada, and other countries.Search various reference sources and supplier SDS for required information, reconciling discrepancies as needed.Perform evaluations based on toxicological, environmental, chemical, and physical properties to determine hazards of substances and chemical products.Conduct quality control and regulatory compliance reviews of SDS/Labels prepared by others.Assist in establishing SDS content details to be delivered contractually.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Science (Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology, Environment, Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene) or Chemical Engineering, Master's preferred.Knowledge of at least five of the following: REACH, GHS, OSHA, WHMIS, IATA, IMDG, ADR, ADNR, TDG, DOT, ADG, EPA, CEPA, TSCA, FDA, PCPA, CCCR, CPSC.3-5 years of work experience in sciences, product stewardship, or regulatory affairs.Experience with EH&S-related software and consulting experience is an asset.Why Join Us?We offer a dynamic work environment that values teamwork, customer centricity, accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
