Job Title: Sr. Business Intelligence ManagerThis role is a pivotal position in driving data-driven decision making and ensuring the integrity of organizational data.The Senior Business Intelligence Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the business intelligence strategy, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making, and ensuring data accuracy.Lead the development and execution of the organization's business intelligence strategy.Oversee data analysis activities, including data mining, trend analysis, and predictive modeling.Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide stakeholders with timely information.Establish and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.Manage a team of business intelligence professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Manage data mapping, data reconciliation, and data conversion.Supervisory Responsibilities:The Senior Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for leading a small staff of supervisory and non-supervisory personnel. Carries out leadership responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures, safety, and applicable laws.Education & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.10-15 years' experience in MIS with Data Leadership driving business value through data analytics in Fintech Industry.Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Amazon Quicksight, Power BI, or similar platforms.Strong data analysis skills, including data mining, SQL, and data modeling. Experience with ETL processes is a plus.Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
