Global Process Lead Job DescriptionAbout the Role:This position requires a driven individual to lead global process initiatives, focusing on standardization, simplification, and automation of transactional activities. As a service delivery lead, you will ensure consistent service delivery across towers/units from the shared service provider for transactional services.The ideal candidate will have a strong drive to identify and pursue value-add opportunities, extensive collaboration with business, finance, and technology stakeholders, and energy to implement effective end-to-end solutions to deliver enhanced efficiency and productivity.Key Responsibilities:Ensure Compliance to Global Procedures and Operating Methodologies (GPOM) in transactional areas and refine GPOM on an ongoing basis (continuous improvement)End-to-end procure to pay (P2P) knowledge with hands-on SAP experience at transactional level to guide the service provider to improve efficiency in operations. Soft working knowledge is beneficial.Understanding of VDMS and vendor management with a focus on improving vendor-related metricsRobotics Process Automation - Identification of opportunities to simplify operational processes and automate them with bot solutions to create more efficiencies. Knowledge of BOT solutions/platforms is advantageous.Review and revise Global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align to improved processes and practices.Ensure consistent levels of service delivery by the service provider and engage with units in service to improve/sustain them. Review key performance metrics and contractual service levels established with the service provider and validate them in defined frequencies.Define and update Risk and Control Matrix (RACM), review and resolve RACM audit findings. Support Coats Group Internal Audit and External Audit teams in their assignments.Provide support and guidance to the business through the implementation of standardized processes and controls, monitoring compliance with group policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.Plan and conduct reviews on financial and operational aspects and identify control deficiencies, suggest improvements.Requirements:Qualified accountant with minimum 5 years of experience in P2P. At least 3 years of exposure to operational finance preferred. PTP knowledge is essential ORSemi-qualified Accountant with minimum 8 years of accounting and finance experience (PTP). At least 3 years of exposure to operational finance preferred.Strong leadership skills, exposure to operating with senior finance teams, leading and developing remote teams.Nonspecific influencing skills.Hands-on experience with accounting principles and procedures.Internal Accounting standards knowledge.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in SAP finance modules.Proficiency in advanced MS Excel.English Proficiency.We Offer:A collaborative work environment where every team member can thrive.
