The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for managing legal matters, contracts, and compliance issues for the company. The role involves providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing the company in legal proceedings as required.QualificationsLegal research, contract drafting, and compliance expertiseKnowledge of corporate law, regulations, and legal proceduresStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExperience in the BPO/KPO/ITES industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and Bar Council certification
