Job Description:We are seeking an exceptionally talented and entrepreneurial AI/ML Engineer to build our next-generation browser-based platform for geometric analysis and Design for Manufacturability (DFM).This is a high-impact role focused on bringing real-time, industrial-grade analysis directly to the browser, impacting how products are designed, costed, and produced globally.Design and implement ML models for geometric analysis of injection molded plastic partsDevelop computer vision algorithms for automated feature detection in 3D CAD modelsBuild predictive models for manufacturing cost estimation, cycle time prediction, and defect analysisCreate real-time inference engines optimized for browser-based deployment using TensorFlow.js/ONNX.jsDesign data pipelines for continuous model training and improvementRequired Skills and Qualifications:Experience in AI/ML engineering, production deploymentsStrong proficiency in Python with TensorFlow, PyTorch or similar ML frameworks3D geometry processing using libraries like Open3D, PCL, or similarJavaScript/TypeScript expertise for browser-based AI deploymentStrong background in linear algebra, calculus, computational geometry, and optimization techniquesUnderstanding of CAD file formats (STEP, STL, OBJ) and 3D mesh processingExperience with WebAssembly development, Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and CI/CD best practicesBenefits:Domain expertise in manufacturing engineering, advanced AI concepts such as Graph Neural Networks (GNN) for CAD geometry, Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs), or Reinforcement Learning for design optimizationFull-stack experience with real-time rendering using WebGL/Three.js
