Job Title:We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to ensure efficient and effective HR operations within the organization. This role involves maintaining HR systems, collaborating with departments, and supporting overall organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities:· Manage employee onboarding processes efficiently.· Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR systems and databases.· Support in developing and implementing employee engagement, wellness, and recognition programs.· Respond promptly to employee inquiries and provide support for HR-related issues.· Analyze and create HR reports to inform decision-making.· Assist in day-to-day HR activities and tasks.· Conduct background checks, assist with employee benefits, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee offboarding procedures.· Monitor Leave Management System effectively.Skills and Qualifications:· 3+ years of experience in HR Operations.· Proficiency in HRMS tools, preferably Zoho People.· Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations.· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.Required Skills and Qualifications:· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.Benefits:· Opportunity to work with a dynamic team.· Collaborative and inclusive work environment.Others:
