Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Identify customer needs and concerns and provide suitable solutions or escalate issues as necessary
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy aiming for firstcall resolution
- Assist customers in navigating our products and services offering guidance and troubleshooting advice
- Document all customer interactions and the steps taken to resolve their issues
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure swift resolution of customer concerns
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs to enhance customer support capabilities
- Contribute to the improvement of support processes and procedures
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times representing the companys values
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in Kannada and proficiency in English
- Proven customer support experience or relevant role
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Empathetic approach towards customer concerns and complaints
- Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues
- Solid problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
- Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus
