Industrial Supply Chain SpecialistWe are seeking recent engineering graduates to support our procurement operations as Industrial Supply Chain Specialists.Key Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing suppliers for industrial valves, machinery, and engineering materials.Prepare and send RFQs (Request for Quotations) to vendors.Compare quotations and prepare cost comparison statements.Support purchase order preparation and follow up with suppliers.Coordinate with logistics teams for dispatch, documentation, and delivery tracking.Maintain procurement records, supplier details, and price lists.Communicate professionally with vendors via email and phone.Track order status and report delays or issues to senior team members.Eligibility Criteria:Only recent engineering graduates/freshers.BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Production/Industrial Engineering.0–1 year experience only.Necessary Skills:Basic understanding of engineering fundamentals.Good written and verbal communication skills.Willingness to learn procurement and supply chain processes.Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
