Applicants should possess a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The role involves managing the post-order process, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and coordination.Qualifications and SkillsProficient in order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and ERP systems (Mandatory skill).Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any post-order queries effectively.Ability to efficiently manage vendors and build productive relationships to facilitate smooth operations.Experience in process improvement, with a proven track record of streamlining operations and reducing errors.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners confidently.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical abilities to assess and optimize post-order processes for better results.Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies, with a keen interest in ongoing professional development.Roles and ResponsibilitiesOversee the entire post-order process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery to clients.Coordinate logistics activities, including scheduling and tracking shipments, to ensure efficient distribution.Utilize ERP systems to manage and update order records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy at all times.Engage with customers to provide updates and handle inquiries related to order status and delivery schedules.Collaborate with vendors to negotiate terms and manage supply chain operations smoothly and efficiently.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.Maintain accurate documentation and records for all orders and deliveries to support transparency and audits.Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management, suggesting actionable insights for optimization.
