You'll combine financial rigour with strategic thinking, owning everything from budgeting and forecasting to performance analytics and cross-functional execution.If you enjoy breaking down complex business problems, love building clarity from data, and want a front-row seat to how high-growth companies make strategic and financial bets, this role gives you the perfect mix of ownership, visibility, and impact.What you'll do- Drive the company's financial planning cycles — build forecasts, budgets, and scenario models that guide strategic decisions.- Lead company-wide strategic initiatives, partnering with the CEO to align financial, operational, and business priorities.- Build and maintain financial models, run unit economics analyses, and generate insights that influence investment, product, and growth decisions.- Manage investor relations end-to-end: prepare financial updates, board decks, fundraising materials, and respond to investor/analyst queries with accurate insights.- Own key business metrics: set up dashboards, run monthly/quarterly performance reviews, and identify opportunities to improve margins, efficiency, and growth.- Conduct market, competitive, and industry research to support long-term planning, capital allocation, and strategic direction.- Work with cross-functional teams (sales, product, ops, growth) to ensure smooth execution of finance-backed strategic and operational projects.What makes you a good fit- 3+ years of experience in strategic finance, business finance, FP&A, consulting, or analytical operations.- Strong problem-solving abilities with exceptional analytical skills, including financial modelling and translating data into recommendations.- High-ownership mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive projects end-to-end.- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution across financial, operational, and business domains.Salary and LocationLocation: BangaloreExpected CTC: We pay on top of market standards with generous ESOPs for everyone in the team.Our Way Of Life - https://www.notion.so/bitespeed/Way-Of-Life-At-BiteSpeed-44d9b9614d9641419da910189b1e9f8e.Our PurposeAt BiteSpeed, work is personal.
