Position: Senior Product Designer

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer with 3-10 years of experience in designing end-to-end products—not just projects. At Supersourcing, we’re building innovative, user-centered solutions, and we need a talented designer who can help shape the product experience from concept to launch. What You’ll Do:

  • Product-Focused Design: Work on designing complete products, not one-off projects. You’ll have a significant role in creating the look, feel, and user experience for our core offerings.
  • User-Centered Design: Conduct user research and translate insights into user-friendly designs that meet business and customer needs.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life and iterate based on feedback.
  • High-Quality Design Execution: Ensure pixel-perfect design across web and mobile platforms, focusing on clarity, consistency, and visual appeal.
  • Prototyping and Testing: Develop prototypes, gather user feedback, and refine designs to enhance the product experience continually.


Who You Are:

  • Experienced: 3-10 years in product design, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, preferably for tech products or platforms.
  • Product-First Mindset: You have experience building products with a long-term vision, focusing on solving real user problems.
  • User Experience Expert: Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, and creating intuitive design flows.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Experience with prototyping tools and basic knowledge of front-end technologies is a plus.
  • Collaborative and Flexible: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with cross-functional teams, and iterating based on feedback.
