Job Description

Corrective Maintenance specialist for Mechanical Process (which includes Transfer Molding, Soldering,Pick and Place Robot ,Conveyor systems, US Cleaning station, Plasma process and other special purpose machines)
• Responsible for corrective maintenance activity of mechanical machines
• Responsible for Technical availability of Mechanical process machines and final assembly lines.
• Should have knowledge on RCA methods like 5Why, A3PSS, for systematic trouble shooting.
• Responsible for MTBF / MTTR of mechanical machines.
• Responsible and Should Focus and Contribute to reduce the IDC by continuous monitoring of MAE performance.
• Planning of Spare parts, Tooling and consumables for corrective and preventive maintenance activities
• Responsible to optimize the Preventive maintenance by continuous improvement and work towards elimination of problems
• Troubleshooting knowledge in Electrical ,Pneumatic circuit and PLC
• Knowledge in TPM
• Responsible for Predictive maintenance
• Should have knowledge of i4.0
• Preparation of Breakdown reports,Spare part consumption , and PDCA for the top contribution and repeated failures
• Optimize the R&M cost through localization and life enhancing projects
• Plan for tooling, spares required for up keeping the product quality and equipment performance.
• Periodical review of Preventive maintenance activities based on previous breakdowns.
• Working with TEF functions and suppliers for stability of equipment.
• Involvement in Machine and Process FMEA
• Meeting all 5S, Safety and Quality standards, and work continuously to improve them.
• Should look for Predictive analytics in Maintenance area.
• Knowledge on OHSAS and EMS standards
 


Qualifications

NTTF / Diploma in E&E / E&C / Mechatronics

3 - 6 Years of experience in shopfloor machine maintenance
