Job Description As an Immigration Case Coordinator, you will be responsible for collecting and organizing client documents, preparing and filing immigration applications, and coordinating with our lawyers for review and submission. Key Responsibilities: Collect required documents and information from clients for immigration applications. Prepare, complete, and file applications including PR, Work Permit, Study Permit, Visitor Visa, Spousal Sponsorship, LMIA, Business Visa, and other related applications. Draft supporting forms, checklists, and submissions as per IRCC requirements. Communicate with clients regarding missing documents, timelines, and next steps. Maintain accurate records and organize case files. Review completed applications with supervising lawyer before submission. Stay updated on Canadian immigration rules, policies, and procedures. Provide exceptional client service and ensure confidentiality at all times. Required Skills and Qualifications Qualifications: Prior experience in immigration case filing / paralegal / consultant assistant roles preferred. Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration processes and IRCC portal. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required, additional languages an asset). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with MS Office, PDFs, and online immigration filing portals. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Experience drafting SOPs, submission letters, or responding to procedural fairness letters. Customer service experience and ability to handle client queries patiently. Knowledge of privacy and document security best practices.
