Job OverviewOur company is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This role involves utilizing data analysis and visualization skills to inform business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Looker and Power BI.Perform advanced data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets.Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and validation.Conduct exploratory data analysis using Python (Pandas, NumPy, visualization tools).ETL & Data Pipeline SupportWork with ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses.Collaborate with data engineering to maintain and improve ETL workflows.Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting systems.Automate repetitive data tasks using Python or SQL-based workflows.Business Intelligence DevelopmentDevelop BI solutions to improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility.Contribute to data modeling efforts to support analytics and dashboard development.Monitor performance and integrity of BI tools, dashboards, and data pipelines.RequirementsB.Tech/B.E (or equivalent) and 1–3 years of relevant work experience required.Experience with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.).Version control experience (Git).Familiarity with automation, APIs, or scripting workflows.Exposure to statistical analysis or A/B testing.Proficiency in Looker (LookML is a plus)Good understanding of data warehousing and relational databases.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.BenefitsFlexible work arrangement.Professional growth opportunities.Collaborative team environment.Competitive compensation package.
