You’ll conceptualize, design, and deliver creative assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, and web campaigns, aligned with Claw’s brand tone and marketing goals.This is a commission-based freelance role where compensation is tied directly to project deliveries and measurable engagement impact. You’ll have the freedom to work remotely and collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams..What You’ll DoCreate high-quality social media creatives, carousels, infographics, and video posts using Canva and other design tools.Design layouts that reflect modern typography, balance, and visual hierarchy.Edit short-form videos for product demos, event highlights, and marketing campaigns.Collaborate with the content and sales teams to translate campaign ideas into visual deliverables.Maintain a consistent brand identity across all posts, decks, and advertisements.Manage deliverables through a shared dashboard and provide weekly creative updates.Ideal Profile1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media design or brand marketing (freelancers welcome).Proficient in Canva (Pro) with strong command of layout, color, and typography.Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva video).Familiar with current LinkedIn and Instagram visual trends.A self-driven, organized designer who meets deadlines and values creative precision.Bonus: Experience in designing for B2B, SaaS, or LegalTech brands.Why This is LucrativeWork directly with founders and the marketing team on live branding campaigns.Gain exposure to the LegalTech and AI ecosystem, a growing niche in India.Build a professional design portfolio with high-visibility content published under Claw’s brand.Flexible remote work setup with structured weekly feedback and creative freedom.
