Fellows will work directly with FPOs to strengthen operations, build leadership capacities, and enable growth through market and ecosystem linkages.Qualifications:Master’s degree in agriculture, rural development, agri-business management, or related field.2–5 years’ experience with FPOs, agri-businesses, or rural livelihoods programs.Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.Comfortable with field-based work and travel within assigned geography.Proficiency in MS Office and digital reporting tools.Fluency in local language(s) and working proficiency in English.
