Feuji welcomes exceptional talent to join our team, offering a platform for growth, development, and a culture of innovation and excellence.About the Role: The Senior SDET will lead test automation initiatives, mentor SDET teams, and enhance hybrid automation frameworks across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in automation design, CI/CD integration, and full-stack quality engineering practices to deliver high-performing, reliable software solutions.Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced automation frameworks including keyword-driven, data-driven, and BDD models using Pytest, TestNG, and Cucumber.Mentor and guide SDET teams in automation strategy, code quality and test design best practices.Drive full-stack automation initiatives across UI, API, and mobile platforms using tools like Playwright, Appium, REST Assured, and Cypress.Integrate automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Azure DevOps for continuous validation and release readiness.Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and seamless test execution.Analyze test coverage, monitor automation health, and continuously optimize performance and execution efficiency.Ensure scalable and maintainable framework architecture aligned with enterprise testing standards.Stay updated with evolving automation technologies, frameworks, and quality engineering trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Preferred SkillsExposure to performance testing (JMeter), API automation and cloud-based testing (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or other container-based environments.Familiarity with test reporting tools like Allure, Extent Reports or ReportPortal.Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a focus on quality culture and collaboration.Required Skills & Qualifications:58 years of experience in test automation, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role.Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation development.Expertise in automation tools: Selenium, Playwright, Appium (Good to have), REST Assured, Cypress (Good to have), TestNG, Pytest (Good to have), Cucumber.Strong understanding of CI/CD and version control systems (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git/GitHub).Hands-on experience in designing and maintaining hybrid automation frameworks.Solid grasp of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
