We are seeking a seasoned data scientist to lead the development of machine learning pipelines.Key Responsibilities:Data engineering: design and implement scalable data architectures for raw data, features, and models.Feature engineering: build high-quality features for pLTV, propensity, and clustering.ML pipeline & training: establish reproducible training pipelines with experiment tracking, hyperparameter search, and evaluation.MLOps & deployment: package models, deploy to managed services, wire CI/CD, and implement blue-green/rollback patterns.Orchestration: schedule jobs, manage dependencies, SLAs, retries, and design backfills and incremental loads.Observability: implement DQ checks, model performance & drift monitoring, alerting, and cost guardrails.Activation & APIs: ship fast, robust services to push signals into various ad platforms or via reverse ETL.Experimentation & measurement: partner with product/GTM on uplift tests, holdouts, and calibration to prove incremental value.Docs & enablement: produce crisp runbooks, ERDs, and playbooks; teach others to self-serve.
