  • Energy & Mobility, EMS, EPC, Component Solutions, Engineering Automation and Foods, comprising 12 group companies having group turnover of Approx. Rs. 19,000 Crore

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven expertise in direct taxation with at least 10–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in a diversified business group.
  • Strong knowledge of Direct tax laws, regulations, and compliance frameworks. Working knowledge of Indirect tax will be added
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent is mandatory.
